Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@joleneswardrobe.com to request a cancellation.
Sizing Responsibility
We provide size charts and detailed sizing guidance on every product page to help you choose the correct size. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size.
