Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
However, if the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—you will not be responsible for the return shipping fee.

All orders are shipped using YunExpress, a reliable international logistics provider. Return instructions may include YunExpress details where applicable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions

Some types of items cannot be returned, including:

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item you received and place a new order for the desired item.
